Assumed additional responsibilities for all video content, events coverage, and team administrative needs in absence of co-lead. (OCT ’21- MAR ’22, AUG ’24 – PRES)

• This Fall, the unit maintained 100% Fall home events coverage, adding regular practice coverage, despite being understaffed.

Oversaw the Creative Video Intern, all paid student staff, and all volunteer/practicum students, at times managing a team of thirty personnel

Developed content plans, shot, and edited content for all 18 varsity programs and the overall department, collaborating as needed with creative and external operations staff, coaches, student-athletes, and University partners, striving to maintain a high level of brand consistency across the board.

Shot and created content for use in each athletics venue with displays, to include but not limited to intro videos, highlights, hypes, features, fan engagement pieces, working closely with the Daktronics Event Producer to execute high level content, helping to create an engaging fan experience for gameday patrons

Maintained all department equipment, including cameras, lenses, computers, servers, and software. Served as the main point of contact for the infrastructure upgrade for new production server and 10Gb network system.
